Gallegos Worthing Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 08 June 2022 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a restaurant & takeaway to be known as: 'Doner Deliz' 121 Montague Street, Worthing, BN11 3BP
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises: 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs (of the following morning) Monday - Sunday
Late Night Refreshment: 23:00hrs to 01:00hrs (of the following morning) Monday - Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11 1HS Or email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 06 July 2022

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
