Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14 (1) The Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Butterstile Lane, Prestwich) Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:-Butterstile Lane, Prestwich - junction Butterstile Close

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate manhole cover & frame replacement works.
The alternative route will be via Hilton Lane and Sandy Lane and vice-versa. The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 11 July 2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is 1 day. Dated 30 June 2022 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Chesham Road, Bury - Temporary Road Closure
The closure will come in to place to enable replacement of rocking manhole frame & cover
Alternative route will be via Chester Street, Salford Street, Hudcar Lane, Geoffrey Street, Tayor Street and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 11/07/2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 1 day) Dated 30/06/2022 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Russel Street, Prestwich - Temporary One Way working (lane closure) The reason for the proposed order is to enable electrical works to be carried out in the carriageway.
Alternative route will be via Newtown Street, Bury Old Rd, Whittaker Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 07/07/2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 14 days) Dated 30/06/2022
