NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) introduce waiting restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) convert the operational hours of an existing "pay and display" parking place on the south side of Albermarle Road, outside Beckenham Green, from operating Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm to operating Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm and also convert it from 'pay and display" operation to "pay by phone" operation.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
Copies of the proposed Orders, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be made available by emailing traffic@bromley.gov.uk  during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/ RP/T100/721 not later than 13th July 2022.
Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
