NOTICE is hereby given that we,TMV 1923 LIMITED on 21/06/2022 have applied to Trafford Council for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as:Trafford MV Rugby Club, Finny Bank Road M33 6LR under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise: the Sale of Alcohol Sun-Thurs 11.00-23.00, Fri-Sat 11.00-00.00; Provision of Regulated Entertainment Sun-Thurs 11.00.-23.30, Fri-Sat 11.00-00.30.Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafforo Town Hall,Talbot Road, Stretford, Man­chester, M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Auth­ority at the following email address: licensingfiltrafford^ov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an appli­cation. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a raise statement is a Level 5 fine on tne standard scale.
