Notice of application for a Variation to a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given ttiat We, Hilts of Lakeland 4 have applied to South Lakeland District Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Hills of Lakeland, Broughton Road, Conistan LA21 8EN. The proposed licensable activities to be varied are: Sale of Alcohol Off the Premises 0600 hours to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA21 4UQ or email
