The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended) Application not in accordance with provision of the Development Plan Application Ref: 22/000014/CM Applicant: Severn Trent Water. Proposal: Installation of a kiosk to house control equipment for sewage treatment upgrades and associated infrastructure. Location: Alvechurch Sewage Treatment Works, Redditch Road, Alvechurch, Near Birmingham, Worcestershire, B48 7RS Severn Trent Water is applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The proposed development is a departure from the Development Plan (as the application site is located within the Green Belt). The development may affect the setting of the listed buildings and scheduled monuments.
