HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ('y Cyngor'), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ('Deddf 1984') a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ('Deddf 2004') a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 61 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy ddarparu llinellau melyn dwbl yn y mannau a ganlyn:

* Ar ochr orllewinol Penylan Road, o ffin gyffredin rhifau 61/63 Penylan Road, i gyfeiriad y gogledd am bellter o tua 30m.

Banalog Terrace/Newport Road, Llwyncelyn
* Ar ochr dde-ddwyreiniol Newport Road, o derfyn dwyreiniol ty rhif 1 Springfield Terrace i gyfeiriad y de i'r gyffordd a'r ffordd fynediad i Ancient Druid Cottages, sef pellter o tua 36m.

* Ar ochr dde-ddwyreiniol Newport Road, o'r gyffordd a'r ffordd fynediad i Ancient Druid Cottages, i gyfeiriad y de am bellter o tua 15m.

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the 'Council') in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the '1984 Act') and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the '2004' Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the provision of Double Yellow Lines (DYLs) at:

Penylan Road, Argoed
* On the western side of Penylan Road, from the common boundary of 61/63 Penylan Road, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 30m

Banalog Terrace / Newport Road, Hollybush
* On the south eastern side of Newport Road, from the southern house boundary of No 1 Springfield Terrace in a southerly direction to its junction with the access road to Ancient Druid Cottages, a distance of approximately 36m

* On the south eastern side of Newport Road, from its junction with the access road to Ancient Druid Cottages, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 15m

* On the western side of Newport Road, from its junction with Banalog Terrace in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 56m

* On the north eastern side of Troed-y-Rhiw Road, from the existing DYLs, a point approximately 19m from its junction with Nine Mile Point Road, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20m

* On the south western side of Troed-y-Rhiw Road, from its junction with Woodside Walk, in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10m

* On the south western side of Troed-y-Rhiw Road, from its junction with Woodside Walk, in a north western direction for a distance of approximately 10m
