Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Yr A4076 (Victoria Road, Hamilton Terrace A Great North Road, Aberdaugleddau, Sir Benfro) (Gwahardd Cerbydau Dros Dro) 2022

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 16A o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gorymdaith digwyddiad Carnifal Aberdaugleddau a gynhelir ar gefnffordd yr A4076, neu gerllaw iddi, yn Aberdaugleddau yn Sir Benfro.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd (ac eithrio cerbydau'r digwyddiad a cherbydau'r gwasanaethau brys) rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A4076 a elwir yn Victoria Road, Hamilton Terrace a Great North Road sy'n ymestyn i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y dwyrain o gyffordd Victoria Road a St Anne's Road hyd at gyffordd Great North Road 3 Charles Street.
Ni fydd llwybrau eraill ar gael oherwydd caiff y darn o'r gefnffordd ei gau ar sail dreigl a chaniateir i draffig ddilyn yr orymdaith.

Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro, y codir arwyddion priodol yn ei gylch, mewn grym drwy gydol y digwyddiad rhwng 12:30 o'r gloch a 14:30 o'r gloch ar 2 Gorffennaf 2022.

The A4076 Trunk Road (Victoria Road, Hamilton Terrace And Great North Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire) (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2022
THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which is necessary to facilitate the procession of the Milford Haven Carnival event being held on or near the A4076 trunk road at Milford Haven in the County of Pembrokeshire.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles (other than event and emergency service vehicles) from proceeding on the length of the A4076 trunk road known as Victoria Road, Hamilton Terrace and Great North Road that extends in a general easterly direction from the junction of Victoria Road with St Anne's Road to the junction of Great North Road with Charles Street.
No alternative routes will be in place as traffic will be held under a rolling closure and allowed to follow the procession.
The temporary prohibition, which will be signed accordingly, is expected to be in force for duration of the event between 12:30 hours and 14:30 hours on 2 July 2022.
