Brighton & Hove City Council - Planning Permission for the erection of a two storey two bedroom (C3) house (part retrospective) at 2A Forest Road Brighton BN1 9GP - (Application ref: BH2021/01124) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act to revoke the above planning permission. The council have been notified in writing by the owner and the occupier of the land and by all persons who in the Council's opinion will be affected by the order that they do not object to the order.

Notification Under The Electronic Communications Code (Conditions And Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (As Amended) To Utilise Permitted Development Rights

The Council has received the following notification(s) from a telecoms operator who will be utilising their permitted development rights to install electronic communications apparatus and any ancillary equipment as follows:
Location: At the existing telecommunications site at: Mile Oak Road, Portslade, Brighton, West Sussex BN41 2PF. Ward: South Portslade
Description: Removal of 1no existing 9.7 m monopole and 1no equipment cabinet to be replaced with 1no new 15m monopole accommodating new antennas, with wrap-around cabinet, installation of 2no new cabinets and 1 No. GPS node and associated ancillary works thereto.
