(Aurs Drive, Barrhead) Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2022
On the 20 June 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984.The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Aurs Drive, Barrhead, between its junction with Aurs Road up to and including its junction with Arthurlie Street, in order to facilitate the essential carriageway resurfacing works within or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 1 August until Friday 12 August 2022.
The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
Alternative route: Aurs Drive - Arthurlie Avenue - Cloth Street -Ralston Road - Main Street-Aurs Road and vice versa.

The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
Alternative Routes: Aurs Road - Darnley Road - Parkhouse Road -Nitshill Road - Stewarton Road-Aurs Road And Vice Versa;
Springfield Road - Springhill Road - Ralston Road - Main Street -Aurs Road and vice versa.

(Clarkston Road, Netherlee) Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2022
On the 20 June 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984.The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Clarkston Road, Netherlee between its junctions with Muirend Road and Dean wood Road, as well side road closures at Corrie Grove, Bute Gardens & Deanwood Road, in order to facilitate the essential carriageway resurfacing works within or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 1 August until Friday 12 August 2022.

The Order authorises the closure of the road in phases for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.

Alternative route: Deanwood Road - Ormonde Avenue - Parklands Road - Clarkston Road and vice versa.
(Meams Road, Newton Mearns) Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2022

On the 20 June 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984.The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Mearns Road, Newton Mearns as follows:
1. Kinnaird Avenue and Duart Drive (side road closures),

2. Falkland Avenue (side road closure),

3. Between Broom Road and Kirkle Drive,

4. Kirkle Drive, Broomcroft Road, Neidpath Road East and Laigh Road (side road closures),

5. Roddinghead Road (side road closure),

6. Between Roddinghead Road and Flenders Road; and side road closure at Flenders Road.

The Order has been promoted in order to safely facilitate the essential Scottish Water utility works within or near the road, anticipated to be carried from Monday 4 July until Sunday 23 October 2022.
The Order authorises the closure of the roads for the duration of the works.

Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure maybe permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.

and Mearns Road - Benview Road - Eastwoodmains Road - Ayr Road - Eaglesham Road - Mearns Road;
Phase 4: Broomcroft Road: Broomcroft Road - Broom Road -Mearns Road and vice versa;
Kirkle Drive: Kirkle Drive - Kirkvale Drive - Kirkhill Road - Broom Road East - Mearns Road and vice versa;
Laigh Road: Laigh Road - Kirkvale Drive - Kirkhill Road - Broom Road East - Mearns Road and vice versa;
Neidpath Road East: Neidpath Road East - Broomfield Road -Roddinghead Road - Mearns Road and vice versa;
Phase 5: Roddinghead Road - Broomfield Road - Neidpath Road East - Mearns Road and vice versa;
Phase 6 and 6a: Mearns Road: Mearns Road - Eaglesham Road -Ayr Road - Eastwoodmains Road - Mearns Road, and Mearns Road - Benview Road Eastwoodmains Road - Ayr Road - Eaglesham Road -Mearns Road;
