Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Wrexham County Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Red Lion at Wrexham Road, Marchwiel, Wrexham, Clwyd, LLI3 0PH
The application includes the following terms:- 1.Variation to change the internal and external area to the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2 To  delete conditions 1, 2 and 3 at Annex 2 and new children's condition. 3. To amend times for licensable activities until 00:00 on Sunday and to provide 30 minutes wind down period. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th July 2022 (

) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection widi a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
