(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) (Etto3002) (Armed Forces Day) Order 2022

Notice is given that the Council has made the above Order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to facilitate holding the Armed Forces Day Event on 25 June 2022.

The Order comes into force on 25 June 2022 at 7am and will continue in operation until 5pm or at the conclusion of the event, whichever is the earliest. The effect of this Order is to introduce:-

a. Prohibition of motor vehicles, parking, waiting, loading and unloading, at the event location given in Table 1.

b. Suspension of the loading bays at the location provided in Table 1.

The prohibitions or restrictions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs. Traffic management controls being applied will be as laid out on-street. Exemptions are provided in the Order for emergency vehicles, official event vehicles and first aid. Any vehicle in contravention of any restriction/prohibition mposed by this Notice may be issued with a penalty charge notice and removed or relocated.
