The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 02/07/22. 03/07/2022 and 06/08/2022 between the hours of 12pm midday to 12am midnight or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and are required for the safety of the public while a special event takes place at Castle Park.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into operation on the 02 July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until all the events have taken place, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Argents Lane for a distance of approximately 170m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA3789S01 - Openreach). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Messing Road for a distance of approximately 425m in a north easterly direction.
