(Post Office Road, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Post Office Road, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M49910 -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water box repair works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Post Office Road, Maldon Road, Oak Corner, Burnham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Bakers Green, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Green, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 510m south east of its junction with Little Totham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA55330257 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre broadband connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Bakers Green, Little Totham Road, Maldon Road, Church Street, Goldhanger Road, Church Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Beckingham Street, School Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton/Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton/Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Junction Road for a distance of approximately 240m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30059573445/25742432 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Howe Green Road, The Glebe, Pump Lane, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road with access only into Latchingdon road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 730m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326919 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, The Street, Cold Norton Road, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Rectory Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
