Proposed development at Glenferness Avenue Railway Bridge

I give notice that Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council is applying to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council for planning permission for the demolition and replacement of the existing pedestrian bridge from the eastern side of the vehicle bridge and installation of new bridges on both sides for pedestrian and cyclists with associated landscaping. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Planning Services Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council at Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6DY, within 21 days from the 24th June 2022. *'owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than 7 years. **tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
