Take notice that on 22nd June 2022 We, Berkmann Wine Cellars Ltd Of 104d St John St, Clerkenwell, London EC1M 4EH made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises; Berkmann Wine Cellars Ltd, Kinloch House, Northminster Business Park, Poppleton, York YO26 6QU The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 19th July 2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows, sale by retail of alcohol 0700 to 2200 (Sun to Thurs) and 0700 to 2230 Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
