Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 58-59 Market Place, Richmond, DL10 4JQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to
