Take notice that application is being made by: City of York Council for planning permission. Description of proposed development: A1237 York Outer Ring Road improvement scheme including dualling, roundabout/junction improvements, provision of shared use cycle and pedestrian route (A19 Shipton Road to Strensall Road), signalised crossing facilities for active travel users, 2 no. overbridges, 6 no. underpasses for pedestrians and cyclists, sustainable drainage measures, flood compensatory storage areas, woodland planting/landscaping, habitat creation, noise barriers, revised field accesses, associated infrastructure and earthworks. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: City of York Council Development Management, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA.
