Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Hoyle Court Road, Baildon Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Hoyle Court Road, Baildon has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Hoyle Court Road from its junction with Kirklands Lane/Road to its junction with Hoyle Court Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Hoyle Court Road (unaffected section), Otley Road, Fyfe Lane, Fyfe Grove and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 09:30 hours on the 29th June 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 29th June 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
