Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/24098/FUL. Proposal: Restoration, conversion and extension to farmhouse, barn, and cottage, to form a dwelling and a holiday cottage for Mr Richard Preston Location: High Stubbing Cowling Hill Lane Cowling BD22 0LJ Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: 2022/24071/HH. Proposal: External and internal alterations to existing dwelling (converted barn) adjacent to listed building for Christina Curley Location: Wellbeck Barn Henbusk Lane Newby Clapham Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: 2022/24085/HH. Proposal: New single storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory for D Spratt and T Standley Location: Brentwood End Cottage Main Street Low Bentham LA2 7BY Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: 2022/24086/LBC. Proposal: New single storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory for D Spratt and T Standley Location: Brentwood End Cottage Main Street Low Bentham LA2 7BY Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2022/24091/LBC. Proposal: The application seeks approval for internal insulation of the second floor only of unit 12a for Hanover Square Ltd Location: 12A Craven Court High Street Skipton BD23 1DG Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
