Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath YP6 (Part) Yarpole, Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above order made on 30th May, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath YP6 (Part) in the Parish of Yarpole running from OS Grid Reference SO 4711, 6473 to OS Grid Reference SO 4720, 6479. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 4715, 6470 to OS Grid Reference SO 4720, 6479.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
