I give notice that Elstree Green Ltd is applying to Hertsmere Borough Council for planning permission as follows: Installation of renewable led energy generating station comprising ground-mounted photovoltaic solar arrays and battery-based electricity storage containers together with substation, inverter/ transformer stations, site accesses, internal access tracks, security measures, access gates, other ancillary infrastructure, landscaping and bio diversity enhancements. (Re-submission of 21/0050/FULEI)
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
