NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U71009, Moraston Lane To C1270, Sellack, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U71009, Moraston Lane To C1270, Sellack, from Stable Cottage to Cradocke House. Grid Ref: 356109/226060. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Moraston Lane onto the C1261, onto the A49, onto the C1270, onto Moraston Lane and vice versa. The said closure is required due to chamber installation and ducting works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.

The said closure will come into force on 28th of June 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 7 days.
