Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Curzon Cinemas Limited in respect of Premises known as Curzon - Kingston, The Bentall Centre, Wood Street, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 1TP applied to Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to add two conditions (risk assessment when showing England football matches and collection of glasses on roof terrace) and remove two conditions (use of polycarbonates on 3 rd floor auditoriums and restriction on use of roof terrace) attached to the premises licence following consultation with police licensing officer.
