Notice Of Making Of Order Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And

Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council, Hook Norton Footpath No. 22 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022
The Order, made on 20th June 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting:-
The entire width of Hook Norton FP No. 22 running from OS Grid Ref SP 3708 3333 south-eastwards for approximately 483m to SP 3751 3311 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 3708 3333 south-eastwards for approximately 39m to SP 3712 3332, generally south-south-eastwards for 89m to SP 3717 3325, and south-eastwards for approximately 365m to SP 3751 3311 at its junction with FP24, as show on the Order map. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be:-

Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
