NOTICE is given that on 20 June 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders further amend The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford - Divinity Road Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2012, The Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010, The Oxfordshire County Council (Girdlestone Road) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006, Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Lye Valley Area) (Restricted Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2016, The Oxfordshire County Council (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, and The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford - Car Club Parking Places) Order 2010. The effect of the orders which come into force on 27 June, in accordance with parking policy & planning permissions, is to amend eligibility of the residents of the following properties to apply for Residents & Visitors Parking Permits as follows:

1. Divinity Road Area - exclude Nos. 2A, 2B & 2C Bartlemas Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits

2. East Oxford - exclude No. 163 Cowley Road, and Flats 1-4 at 55 Rectory Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits

3. Girdlestone Road Area - exclude No. 2 Everard Close from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits.

4. Lye Valley Area - exclude No. 3 Bulan Road and No. 4 Cinnaminta Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits.

5. North Summertown - exclude a) Nos. 26 & 26A Davenant Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits, b) No. 43A Davenant Road from eligibility to apply for residents permits only, and c) No. 327 Woodstock Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits.

Additionally, an administrative only amendment is made to the order covering Car Club parking places as follows:
6. Marston South Zone - to correct the car club parking place identifier for the space in John Garne Way to "MS - 01" to reflect the signage on site. No changes are made to parking provision as a result.

If you wish to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 20 June 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
