Notice Of Making Of Order Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And
Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council, Hook Norton Footpath No. 30 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022.
The Order, made on 20th June 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting:-
The entire width of Hook Norton FP No. 30 running from OS Grid Ref SP 3420 3615 west-south-westwards for approximately 174m to SP 3404 3608, south-westwards for approximately 50m to SP 3401 3604, westwards for approximately 83m to SP 3393 3603, and south-westwards for approximately 34m to SP 3390 3600 at Tadmarton Heath Road to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 3420 3615 south-south-westwards for approximately 271m to SP 3406 3592 at Tadmarton Heath Road, as show on the Order map. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
