Notice Of Making Of Order Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And
Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Didcot Footpaths No 1 & 14 (parts), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022
The Order, made on 20th June 2022, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting:-
The entire width of Didcot FP 1 running from OS Grid Ref SU 5168 9017 northwards for approximately 133m to Brasenose Road at SU 5165 9030 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SU 5168 9017 north-north-westwards via a junction with FP14 at SU 5167 9018 for approximately 140m to Brasenose Road at SU 5162 9030, as shown on the Order map.
The entire width of Didcot FP 14 running from OS Grid Ref SU 5139 south-south-eastwards for approximately 60m to SU 5141 9011 and eastwards for approximately 272m to SU 5168 9017 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SU 5139 9016 south-eastwards and southwards for approximately 25m to SU 5140 9014 and eastwards via SU 5143 9014 for approximately 275m to its junction with Didcot FP1 at SU 5167 9018, as shown on the Order map. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order Dated: 23 June 2022
