2022 Notice is hereby given that on 15 June 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Malmesbury) (20mph Zone) Order 2000 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 1 the effect of which is to remove the current description for Mill Lane and to replace with the following: Mill Lane - from its junction with Abbey Row to its junction with Station Road Car Park. Order 2 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Mill Lane, Malmesbury) (One Way Traffic) Order 1999 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 2 the effect of which is to amend the current Article to specify motor vehicles and to remove the current description and replace with the following: Mill Lane - from a point 67 metres north east of its junction with Abbey Row to its junction with Station Road Car Park. Order 3 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Mill Lane, Malmesbury) (Width Restriction) Order 1999 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 3 the effect of which is to amend the current Article to prohibit vehicles exceeding 5' 0" (1.6 metres) and to remove the current description and replace with the following: Mill Lane - from a point 67 metres north east of its junction with Abbey Row to its junction with Station Road Car Park. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 30 June 2022.

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: - Order 1 - To amend The County of Wiltshire (Marlborough) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2010 (as amended) to change the on street pay and display parking charges available in High Street, Marlborough to 30mins - £0.60, 1hr - £1.00 and 2hrs - £2.30. Order 2 - To amend The County of Wiltshire (Malmesbury and Malmesbury Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2017 (as amended) to change the on street pay and display parking charges available in Cross Hayes, Malmesbury to 1hr - £0.70 and 2hrs - £1.70. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 13, Calne; from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with Bridleway 10, Calne to enable Construction works of housing development. Alternative routes via public highway and public rights of way. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which was due to expire on 30 June 2022 will now continue in force until 30 December 2022 or until completion of the works, whichever is earliest. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Hollybush Lane (Part), Pewsey; from the centre of the rail bridge structure for a distance of approximately 30m either side to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out tree trimming works around the structure and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 26 June 2022 and the closure will be required for 5 days. This Order will come into operation on 27 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 04:00 for 1 night. Orders A) to F) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.


Notice Of Making An Order Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980 Section 119 And Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council West Lavington 13 Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022

The above order, made on 10 June 2022, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Footpath West Lavington 13 situate at Sandfield, West Lavington, leading from OSGR SU 0048-5367 in a north easterly direction for approximately 213m to OSGR SU 0065-5380, to a new route at OSGR SU 1692-4329, leading in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 50m to OSGR SU 0055-5373, having a width of 2m. Continuing in a north easterly direction for approximately 126m to OSGR SU 0065-5380, having a width of 3m. And thereupon the Devizes Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.
