Notice is hereby given that the Colchester Borough Council as the lead authority for The North Essex Parking Partnership, itself acting as agents for the highway authority Essex County Council, intends, not less than twenty-one days from the date of this notice, to vary the above Order relating to fees and charges under Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. It is intended that the changes will take place on 18th July 2022.
The variation will have the effect of changing the tariff of fees for On-Street Parking, Exemptions and Permits and On-Street Payment Parking Charges - all other fees and charges in the Order will continue at their existing tariffs. Existing and proposed charges are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

Bell Common From its junction with B1393 High Road, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 54 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tile: TL450 010 Revision 0 to Revision 1. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Banks Lane to its junction with Mount Road a distance of approximately 1005m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30038233874 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement and cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ongar Road, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 205m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30038148034 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Ongar Road, Market Place, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Road Roundabout, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Lambourne Road, Manor Road, Bournebridge Lane, Stapleford Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Ongar Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mott Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sewardstone Road to its junction with Lippitts Hill a distance of approximately 1110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326258 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mott Street, Cross Roads, Robin Hood Roundabout, Epping New Road, Wake Arms Roundabout, Woodridden Hill, Honey Lane, Volunteer Roundabout, Dowding Way, Sewardstone Road Roundabout, Sewardstone Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Western Avenue, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Western Avenue, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Centre Drive for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC312KN-EPPING8129-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Centre Drive (with access only onto Western Avenue) and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
