Notice is hereby given that John Andrew Ingram of Ingram Associates, Wadham Cottage, Hardwick, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 7QE has applied to the judge of Oxford County Court for a Bailiffs Certificate.

Any person who knows of a reason why John Andrew Ingram is a not a fit and proper person to be granted a certificate should write to the Court Manager at Oxford County Court, St. Aldates, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 1TL before 21 October 2013.
