I Mr Jonathan Spencer of EROTICA BELLE LIMITED hereby give notice that I have applied to Test Valley Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a Licence renewal and variation to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Licensing Manager, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ, within 28 days of the date of this notice.
