The County of Cumbria (Footpath No. 244044 in the Parish of Maryport)
(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a dangerous bridge structure and to enable subsequent repair works to be carried out ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx. 3.5 metre length of Public Footpath No. 244044 in the Parish of Maryport, extending over the footbridge between Grid References: 304343 536459 and 304346 536458. There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians. This follows 2 emergency notices dated 20 May 2022 and 10 June
