Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Sivatharushan Sivapragasam has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 12/13 Durham Road, Chilton, Co Durham, DL17 0EX For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol 07:00 23:00 (consumption off the premises) A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
