TRUSTEE ACT NOTICE IN THE ESTATE OF HAZEL GREENWOOD DECEASED

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Hazel Greenwood deceased late of Kings Court Nursing Home, Market Place, Barnard Castle, County Durham DL12 8ND formerly of 12 Richardson Fields, Barnard Castle, County Durham DL12 8HB who died on the 6th day of April 2012 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on the 7th day of February 2013 by John Roberts and Catherine Victoria Johnson both of 38 Horsemarket, Barnard Castle, County Durham DL12 8NA the Executors named in it (Athe Executors@) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is 38 Horsemarket Barnard Castle County Durham DL12 8NA on or before the 28th November 2013 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
