Parish of Staplegrove Temporary Closure of Mallory Close

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Mallory Close - from the junction with Hudson Way, easatwards ending outsire NO. 36 Mallory Close. A total distance of 125 metres. This Order will enable Jurassic Fibre Ltd to carry out overlay and installation works.
The Order becomes effective on 7th July 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 11th July 2022 and last until 14th July 2022 between the hours of 08:00 -17:00 for a total of 4 days. There is no alternative route for this closure.
