Parishes of Creech St Michael and West Monkton Temporary Closure of Coombe Lane

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Coombe Lane - From the junction with Burlinch Lane to the junction with Thurioxton Old Road for a total distance of 1074 metres. This Order will enable Airband Community Internet Ltd to carry out overhead cabling works.
The Order becomes effective on 23rd June 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 28th June 2022 and last until 11th July 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 14 days. Please visit
