Notes:

For new applications and full variations, the public notice must be displayed on pale blue paper and on a font that is not less than 16 for a period of 28 consecutive days.
It is also a requirement that the public notice be advertised in a local newspaper for 1 addition within 10 working days of the application being submitted. For minor variations the public notice must be displayed on white paper for a period of 10 consecutive working days and there is no need to advertise in a local newspaper.
For all application types the public notice must be displayed on the premises no later than the day after the submission of the application. Photographic proof must be sent to

generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk
