KINGSLEY ROAD, N13 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on Kingsley Road, N13, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Kingsley Road, N13) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from:

(i) entering or proceeding on Kingsley Road, N13 from outside No.34 to outside no.38 Kingsley Road, N13, as and when directed by signage.

(ii) waiting and loading on Kingsley Road, N13 from outside No.50 towards junction Park Avenue and outside no.37 towards junction Park Avenue. Outside No.15 to no.25 and outside no.28 to no.42, as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 23 June 2022 and will continue in force for 2 days or until works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in operation the diversion route will be via Park Avenue, Lightcliffe Road, Hazelwood Lane, New River Crescent and vice-versa.
