Swindon Borough Council Highways Act 1980 Section 116 Application

NOTICE is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on Friday 29 July 2022 at 2pm for an order that part of the highway at Hay Lane in Swindon as indicated on the plan, which may be inspected at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, represented by the part hatched black shall be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
