TAKE NOTICE THAT Monmouthshire County Council have made an order under section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to revoke the above planning permission to the following extent - In full. The Council have been notified in writing by the owner of and the occupier of the land and by all other persons who in the Council's opinion will be affected by the order that they do not object to the order. If you will be affected by the order and wish for an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by, a person appointed by the Welsh Ministers you should give notice in writing to that effect to the Planning & Environment Decisions Wales no later than 20th July 2022. If no such notice has been given by that date, the order will take effect, by virtue of the provisions of section 99(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, on 03rd August 2022 without being confirmed by the Secretary of State.

Os ydych yn mynd i gael eich effeithio gan y gorchymyn ac am gael cyfle i ymddangos gerbron, a chael gwrandawiad, gan berson dydd wedi ei apwyntio gan [Gweinidogion Cymru] dylech gyflwyno hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o hyn Penderfyniadau Cynllunio as Amgylchedd Cymru dim hwyrach na 20 Gorffennaf 2022. Os nad yw'r fath hysbysiad yn cael ei roi erbyn y dyddiad hwnnw, bydd y gorchymyn yn cael ei weithredu drwy gyfrwng darpariaethau adran 99(7) o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 ar 03 Awst 2022 heb gael ei gadamhau gan yr Ysgrifennydd._
