Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 47504 Bisley Road from its junction with Valley View Road to its junction with Mason Road for a distance of approximately 455 metres.
The reason for the closure is for mains water pipe renewal.

Temporary Closure Of Various Roads (Woodchester Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 11th July 2022, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st December 2022. Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41284 The Witts to France Corner from its junction with Cliff Cottage to The Cottage Chalford to outside the property known as Greybank for a distance of approximately 41 metres. The reason for the closure is to install a boundary box.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS FOOTPATHS AND STROUD VALLEY TOWPATH BETWEEN BOND MILLS AND WIMBERLEY MILLS (VARIOUS PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT Please note: this notice is being republished to rectify an error identified with on previous notice published on the 17th February 2021.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Various Footpaths and Canal Towpath between Bond Mills and Wimberley Mills as described in the Schedule below.
The Various Footpaths and Towpath fall within the Parishes of Brimscombe and Thrupp, Minchinhampton and Cainscross and also Stroud and Stonehouse Town Councils within the Stroud District.
The closures are necessary for ongoing maintenance and construction works associated with the Canal Restoration Project. This temporary closure Order came into force on 25th February 2019. However, works had still not completed, and an extension was granted by the Secretary of State for Transport to last until the 25th February 2021. The works are still ongoing and the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order further until 25th February 2023 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier. Proposed alternative route: As signed on site.
Pedestrian access to adjacent properties and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
SCHEDULE
The canal towpath between Bond Mills (Stonehouse) and Wimberley Mills (Brimscombe and Thrupp) including the following public footpaths:
Public Footpath MST 13 (Stonehouse) from its junction with public footpath MST 12 at Bond Mills in a generally east-south­easterly direction for a distance of approximately 3 kilometres to its junction with public footpath MCA 15 south of property known as 47 Ebley Road.
Public footpaths MCA 17 (Cainscross), MCA 18, an un-numbered section, MCA 19, ZST 77 (Stroud), ZST 78, another un­numbered section and ZST 96 from OSGR SO 82280/04617 in a generally easterly then east-north-easterly then south­easterly direction for a distance of approximately 3 kilometres to its junction with the River Frome at the Viaduct. Public footpaths ZST 97 (Stroud), MTH 58 (Brimscombe and Thrupp), MTH59, MTH 22, MTH 24 and MMH 175 (Minchinhampton) from OSGR SO 85325/04763 in a generally south-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 3.5 kilometres to its junction with Knapp Lane.

Temporary Road Closure C207 The Grove To New Road (Kings Stanley And Selsley Parishes) Stroud District


Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C207 The Grove to New Road from its junction with Bell Lane to its junction with The Grove for a distance of approximately 500 metres.
The reason for the closure is for an Openreach pole replacement.

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 45862 Old Horsley Road from outside the property known as Myrtle Cottage to its junction with Newmarket Road for a distance of approximately 58 metres.
The reason for the closure is for building maintenance works to The Britannia Inn.
