Section 34 Notice is hereby given that Gray & Sons (Chelmsford) Ltd has applied in respect of the New Times, 87 Maldon Road, Tiptree CO5 0BN for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Alcohol sale on and off premises, live & recorded music 1100 0000 Monday to Thursday & Sundays and 1100 0100 Friday & Saturdays Late Night refreshment 2300-0000 Monday to Thursday & Sundays and 2300-0100 Friday & Saturdays All statutory bank holidays, thursdays and fridays prior to statutory BH, Christmas Eve, Valentines, St Davids, St Patricks, St Georges, St Andrews Day, Burns Night until 01:00 for all licensable activities.

In respect of New Year's Eve, continuous opening from the end of the normal permitted hours detailed above to the commencement of the normal permitted hours the following day Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20th July 2022, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
