Licensing Act 2003 Notice of GRANT a Club Premises Certificate

Notice is hereby given that the Wickford Snooker & Sports Club has applied to Basildon Borough Council on 18.09.13 for the grant of a Club Premises Certificate at 40-44 High Street, Wickford, SS12 9AE for: Indoor Sporting Events, Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol (on the premises only) Mon to Sun 09:00 to 03:00hrs Opening hours Mon to Sun 09:00 to 03:30hrs

Any person wishing to object to the application should do so by giving notice in writing stating the grounds of objection to Licensing Department, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon SS14 1DL no later than 17/10/2013. A copy of the application can also be viewed at the council offices during office hours or www.basildon.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
