We The Falmouth distilling Co give notice that we have applied to Cornwall council as licensing authority for the Variation of a Premises License in respect of The Falmouth Distilling Co. Unit 9A, Mill Yard, College Hill, Penryn, TR10 8FN The application is to diversify from solely an off license to both an off and an on license, with the proposed hours of 09:00- 23:00 Monday-Sunday

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 4th July 2022. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
