Appeal against refusal of application for development
Notice under Articles 13 and 36 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Proposed development at New Inn, Biggar Village, Barrow-in-Furness. I give notice that Mr & Mrs W Fox having applied to the Barrow Borough Council for Listed Building Consent and planning permission to convert the current garage/storeroom and modern annex to a separate two storey, three-bedroom dwelling within the existing building footprint minimising the external changes to the historical portion of the listed building is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the Council.
Any owner of the access lane from the highway to the New Inn who wishes to make representations about this application should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN within 14 days of the publication date of this notice. If you decide to make representations, you should make it clear that you are an owner of the appeal site and you should give the site address. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
