The North Ayrshire Council (Eglinton Street - The Strand, Beith) (Temporary Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022

Order made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to park or cause or permit any vehicle to park in Eglinton Street -The Strand, Beith with the exception of works vehicles from 08:00hours 27th June to 18:00 hours 8th July 2022.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the North Ayrshire Council propose to make an order under section (69(1] of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 stopping up the private means of access described in the Schedule hereto. The title of the order is The North Ayrshire Council Montgomerie Pier Road (Stopping Up of Access) Order 2022.
A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the private access to be stopped up, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order have been deposited at the office of North Ayrshire Council, Cunninghame House, Irvine. Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. ANY PERSON may, within 28 days from 22nd June 2022, object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Roads Department, North Ayrshire Council, Cunninghame House, Irvine. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. 22nd June 2022.

SCHEDULE
The existing private access to Montgomerie Pier Road, Ardrossan will be stopped up from Montgomerie Street to the East. A new access will be provided via an extension of Barr Street to the immediate north
of Montgomerie Pier Road.
