Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 11 July 2022. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented tothe Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain, presentations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 153 of the Licensing Ad 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this appication.
