The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent

I give notice that BASF Performance Products Plc is applying to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for hazardous substances consent: solely for the handling of named highly flammable, toxic and dangerous for the environment materials in an extended area on site, so that one of the oldest production plants on site can be decommissioned and production moved to a new modern facility on site at Cleckheaton Road, Low Moor, Bradford, BD12 0JZ. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at City of Bradford MDC, Development Services, Jacob's Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW. During all reasonable hours until 28th October 2013. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to City of Bradford MDC, Development Services at Jacob's Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW, by 28th October 2013.
