Notice Of Public Path Order Town And Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 And Paragraph 1 Of Schedule 14 Public Footpath 12, Parish Of Liddington Order 2022

The above order was made on 16 June 2022. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from Point A at OS grid ref SU18898217, approx 8m W of Coateside Way, in a generally SSE direction for approx 77m to Point B at OS grid ref SU18928209, approx 60m from the centre of the helipad and create the alternative footpath, to be known as Footpath 12 in the Parish of Liddington and Footpath 60 in the Parish of Central Swindon South, from Point A, running in a generally WSW direction, then turning in a generally SSE direction to pass through Point C, and, then turning in a generally ENE direction to Point B, a total distance of approx 115m, as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the map may be seen free of charge at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, from 9am to 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to Fridays and 9am to 4pm on Tuesdays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15. The order and order map can also be viewed on the public rights of way pages of the Swindon Borough Council website (

). Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Highways and Transport, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House W, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, not later than 15 July 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
